The fruit for this wine was grown at Aussie Vineyard's very own stunning Henty Estate located at Ballandean in the Granite Belt in Queensland.
Tasting Notes
Our 2007 Au Granite Belt Cabernet Merlot is deliciously plump and inviting on the nose, with mulberry fruits and pleasant minty aromas. The luscious bouquet of cassis, blackberry and blackcurrant combined with soft, velvety tannins leave a long, subtle impression on the palate. Fully ready for drinking now but will keep beautifully over the coming years.
