The fruit for this wine was grown at Aussie Vineyard's very own stunning Henty Estate located at Ballandean in the Granite Belt in Queensland. Harvest was during mid April 2004, where the fruit was picked by both hand and machine.

Tasting Notes

AU Cabernet Sauvignon displays a beautiful deep ruby colour finely layered with a pleasing bouquet of blackberry and blueberry. The rich full pallet of ripe berry fruits is intertwined with balanced tannins and refined smooth oak.
